HIGH-COUNT YARNS, DIFFERENTIATED COTTON YARNS AND NEW FIBER YARNS HAVE BECOME THE MAIN SOURCES OF ORDERS

In the past half month, orders for C50S and above high-count yarns, differentiated cotton yarns, and new fiber yarns have remained relatively stable. Inquiries for organic and recycled varieties have also been quite active. High-count yarns, differentiated products, and those in line with the sustainable development trend are demonstrating stronger risk-resistance capabilities and growth potential.

CARDED HIGH-COUNT YARN:

Range: Usually refers to 40S-80S.

Features: After the standard carding process, the fibers in the yarn are arranged relatively neatly, but some short fibers are still retained. The texture is soft and smooth, with high cost-effectiveness. It is the main material for high-end bedding and shirts.

Common specifications: C40S, C50S, C60S, C80S (where "C" stands for cotton).

COMBED HIGH-COUNT YARN

Range: Usually refers to 40S-120S, or even higher.

Feature: Compared to standard carding process, it has an additional "finishing combing" process, which removes short fibers and impurities, making the yarn smoother, stronger, and more wear-resistant. It is the preferred choice for high-quality cotton products.

SUPERIOR HIGH-COUNT YARN:

Range: Generally refers to above 120S, and can reach up to 200S or even 300S.

Features: Made from top-quality pima cotton, it is spun through advanced techniques such as close spinning. The yarn is extremely fine and strong, and the finished fabric has a silk-like luster and texture, but it has a low production volume and is expensive.

Common specifications: JC120S, JC140S, JC160S, JC200S

60S - 80S Combed Compact Yarn: This is the most popular and favored choice for high-end bedding and fine shirts brands.

100S - 120S: This category belongs to the luxury level and is used for top-quality shirts and home textiles. It has a fine texture and strong luster.

Above 120S: This category is classified as a collectible level, with a limited production. It is often used in luxury clothing and custom formal wear, and the fabric has a silk-like texture.

High-count yarn: Suitable for scenarios requiring high strength and stability, such as high-end workwear, uniforms, suit shirts, and high-end khaki pants.
